Terms of Service
Effective Date: May 23, 2025
Welcome to Beaver Flow!
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service") provided by Beaver Flow ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
Beaver Flow is a tool designed to help you break down complex ideas or tasks into smaller, actionable steps using artificial intelligence. The Service allows you to input text or voice descriptions, which are then processed by third-party AI models to generate a list of potential tasks. You can edit these tasks within your web browser and, if you have a subscription and have connected a third-party task management service like TickTick, send these tasks to that service.
Please note that the Service is an aid, and the tasks generated by AI may require your review, editing, and judgment to ensure accuracy and suitability for your needs.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, such as syncing tasks to third-party services and managing your subscription, you must create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.
3. Subscription and Payment Terms
The Service is offered on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing Cycles are typically monthly or annual, depending on the plan you choose.
- Automatic Renewal: Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Billing Cycle under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription renewal through pricing page on the Service. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. You will retain access to the subscribed features until the end of that Billing Cycle.
- Payment Method: A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your Subscription. We use Stripe, a third-party payment processor, to handle all payment transactions. By submitting your payment information, you authorize Stripe to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to the provided payment instrument. We do not collect, store, or have access to your full payment card details or other sensitive payment information on our servers. Your payment information is handled solely by Stripe, subject to their terms and privacy policy.
- Fee Changes: We may, in our sole discretion, modify the Subscription fees for the Service at any time. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective. Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
- Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may offer refunds at our sole discretion or as required by applicable law.
4. User Conduct and Restrictions
You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms or by applicable law. You are solely responsible for all your activity in connection with the Service.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you agree not to:

User Input and AI-Generated Task Data
You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you hold in the text or voice input you provide to the Service ("User Input"). 9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Beaver Flow and its affiliates, directors, employees, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with: (i) your access to or use of the Service; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right or privacy right; or (iv) your User Input or use of AI-Generated Task Data.

If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
